When we arrived, check in was less than 10 minutes. The staff were so nice and their English was fine. They helped us with our bags and a shuttle took us to our room. The driver was very helpful and also spoke OK English. Free shuttle buses to and from patong were great and always on time. The main pool is closed due to maintanence until the 31st of august but that didn't affect us as we had a pool access room. For just over $100aud you get a super large room with pool access overlooking the beautiful mountain. People complaining about this place not being 5 stars should look at the other resorts in the area charging alot more before they complain. I stayed at holiday inn recently and paid twice as much for a much smaller room with no pool access. I prefer this place much more. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing but it does the job. Check out was easy and took about 10 minutes. I would stay here again. Great value for money. Also great if you want to stay a little further out from the chaos. We walked up and down the hill almost every day with no problems. It's not as bad as people are making it out to be.

I was worried after reading a lot of negative reviews. But we didn’t find any of the issues stated by the Karen’s. The staff were friendly, facilities good, maybe not 5 star but honestly no real issues. Food was good from the restaurant.

It was a great area, central to everything and it was easy to get to places. The room was very spacious, especially for a family. The pool was awesome too, could dip into the pool anytime we want. The price point was pretty good as well.

The rooms are exceptionally clean! Comfortable and the view is superb. You get the sea view from the Cottage rooms that we stayed in. The room came with a private pool and we had an excellent time. Our room was up the hill and the shutter service was good, they will pick you up within 5-10 minutes upon calling them. The room has all the utensils to be used, coffee machine, fridge, microwave oven and we enjoyed our stay here! 💯 The food is tasty, the pool has a by the pool bar. Overall it was a magical experience. ⭐ we were hesitant upon reading some bad reviews but glad we gave this hotel a shot as it was nothing close to the bad reviews. please don’t trust all the bad reviews given. This resort has improved over time and we will definitely come here again!

The hospitality, cleanliness and staff were amazing. Such a good value of money, and as expected the staff even the taxi drivers at the entrance, everyone was so welcoming and genuinely sweet.

Great location, close to Patong. Max 300 Baht to get to main strip of Patong. The staff were great. Food could’ve been better. The selection of breakfast buffet was limited. You have to catch a ride to your room if your staying in the pool access rooms. Furniture is abit outdated in room but still okay. You pay 3000 THB cash for security deposit NOT 5000 THB. Refer to their website it states 3000 THB. Take a pic and show reception, for some reason they will try charge 5000 THB.

Everything about this property is amazing, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The thing that makes this place so special is the staff. They restaurant and bar staff are extremely friendly and caring. I am leaving this place with some great friends.

The location, the views, the staff, the pool access. The place is beautiful and so well priced. I stayed there 5 yrs ago for it's soft opening and it was just as good.
